Biography
Amanda Chan is a Senior Pharmacovigilance inspector in the Pharmacovigilance Compliance and Clinical Trials Section within the Pharmacovigilance Branch. She has worked in the TGA for 13 years, with 9 of them in Prescription Authorisation Branch as a senior pharmacist. Amanda is a pharmacist by training and has worked in both hospital and community setting.

Update from the TGA Pharmacovigilance Branch
Abstract
This session will provide conference attendees with an update from the Pharmacovigilance Branch at TGA on current and planned activities. The focus will be on improving safety communication at every stage of the pharmacovigilance cycle, from individual adverse event reports to updates to product information (PI) documents.
Biography
Dr Alison Stubbs is a Public Health Physician and is currently an Acting Principal Medical Adviser in the Pharmacovigilance Branch of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Alison has worked as a Medical Officer across many different areas of the TGA including in medical devices, prescription medicines, and biologicals. She has previously worked in various roles in clinical and public health medicine in NSW and the ACT.
