A06. Maximising the Impact of Medical Information Services in Business
Abstract
How can we maximise the impact of Medical Information services in business? Medical Information plays a critical, yet often underutilised role in driving operational efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing healthcare professional engagement. Well-established for its value in providing compliant, accurate, and timely responses, Medical Information is now an ever evolving function that goes above and beyond its traditional role, capable of shaping strategy, enhancing decision-making, and improving overall operational efficiency. This session will examine real-world case studies and practical implementations to discuss the transition of Medical Information from a reactive service function to a proactive strategic partner within the business.
