Heather has had a 25-year career in sales, marketing, and general management in four countries, and led businesses in Medtech for over 15 years. She has built an impeccable track record of creating high-performing teams, returning businesses to growth, and developing people. With a particular interest in accelerating talent development, Heather founded Progression Lab, where she helps Medtech firms solve complex problems while developing their leaders. Heather is also a career and leadership coach for Macquarie Business School. Heather grew up in Canada. After earning an MBA, she began a career with Johnson & Johnson and relocated to Australia. She currently lives in Sydney with her family and loves to travel and play soccer.
