Emerging technology and emerging leaders - balancing culture and quality in the face of rapid process change
Abstract
Business transformation involves holistic changes that span leadership, culture, processes, and technology. Current, unprecedented rates of technological innovation offer many opportunities. However, maintaining a consistent approach to corporate objectives, culture, and processes is increasingly taxing the capacity of management, and straining organizational capabilities. Transformative technologies such as AI, robotics and digital twins are just some of the innovations impacting strategic corporate decisions in the Pharma & MedTech sectors. Despite this disruption, organisations are still under pressure to retain the highest conformance to compliance standards. In this rapidly evolving landscape, it’s now more important than ever that organisations maintain a focus on quality culture, but the lack of clear guidance, adds to the confusion. Capitalising on these opportunities requires workflows and processes that are both flexible and pragmatic. Aspiring and emerging leaders will hear from the speakers how leading quality practices can offer guidance, tools and strategies to expand their skillset. These techniques will provide practitioners with insights and transferrable skills to enhance their careers and add value to corporate objectives.
