He has led transformative change and driven continuous improvement across both operational and clinical domains. His leadership spans hospitals, specialist services, diagnostics, and research organisations. Aaron also has extensive expertise in managing clinical trials units, with a strong track record in achieving success across financial performance, patient recruitment, and trial outcomes along with strong policy experience in Research Ethics and Governance.
