The Secrets of Maximising Your Potential

Abstract

Potential is the unrealised ability or capacity for growth or future success. Most people never experience their full potential because they get too busy at work or bogged down in life to fully achieve what they are capable of.
The world right now is longing for Peace. How do we as leaders, colleagues and teams obtain peace internally if there is no peace externally? And how do we pass the hope of peace to those we lead, work with and care for?
In this interactive workshop, Annree and Rob will share the secrets of maximising potential through profound ways to turn self-awareness into a competitive advantage; how to execute strategic changes in your life and how to expand influence. You will:
✓ Learn the 5-part framework of the Peace Index which provides an appropriate and professional way to gauge your wellbeing and your team’s overall wellbeing.
✓ Identify the crucial gaps in your wellbeing that you've been avoiding and learn how to make progress in developing them.
✓ Learn how to help others increase their peace at work and at home.
✓ Leverage powerful visual tools to get (and stay) on track to living the purposeful life you've always wanted.
This workshop is for people
1. Aiming for full potential realisation.
2. Embracing strategic change.
3. Expanding influence and impact.

The audience will leave with:
1. Strategic self-awareness.
2. Execution of strategic changes.
3. Expanded influence and practical tools.
