Rebecca is a dedicated health professional with a relentless commitment to saving and improving patients’ lives. With a solid background in Clinical Research spanning several years, Rebecca has honed a deep understanding of project management, quality control, and streamlined processes. Her later part of her career in Medical Affairs has allowed her to spearhead a transformative journey within the department, implementing new processes and systems to facilitate positive change.
Rebecca thrives on optimizing processes. Whether it’s streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, or eliminating bottlenecks, she has an innate talent for making things work better. Her continuous process improvement mindset has positively impacted patient care and operational effectiveness.
She is passionate about data-driven decision-making, Rebecca recognizes the power of insights. She champions the use of data analytics to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and informed choices. Her knack for translating complex data into actionable recommendations sets her apart.

Ms Julie Mullan

Biography
Julie Mullan is the Director of Medical Affairs for Organon in Australia and New Zealand. She is one of 9,000 founders of the world's largest Women’s Health pharmaceutical company - Organon, which listed on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2021 after spinning off from MSD.
Julie worked for MSD for almost 15 years in a range of therapeutic areas and leadership roles and within the Medical Affairs department, and held several roles at Novartis prior to working at MSD. She has a passion for supporting and developing people to be the best they can be.
Julie is a registered pharmacist who prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, worked as a clinical pharmacist in a number of hospitals both in Australia and England, as has also managed several community pharmacies across the country.
When not working, Julie spends lots of time exercising her Kelpie, Jerry, and enjoys going to the gym, and anything related to houses and renovations. Whenever the opportunity arises, Julie loves to travel and experience new cultures and destinations.
William Vergios

Biography
William studied Pharmacy at the University of Sydney and is a registered pharmacist. He worked in retail pharmacy before joining the pharmaceutical industry. He has 12 years of experience in Medical Information in Australia and in the UK, in local, regional and global roles at Roche. He has a passion for digital innovations, and has led or been involved in various digital projects. William is currently working on automation and AI projects to support the wider business.
