Group Registrations

How group discounts work

Groups of four or more will receive a 10% discount on the registration price, noting the following:

• This discount applies to non-member rates and ARCS member rates, including any early bird pricing
• Registrants can attend one, two or all three days of the conference
• Groups can consist of ARCS members and non-members
• Discounted registration types (Concession: Gov’t/academic/SME/Consumer, speaker and chair) do not receive a further discount
• Group registrations may be paid by credit card or by direct debit/invoice
• A group must be registered at one time and make one payment
• Once complete, additional individuals cannot be added to a group, however, an additional group may be registered.

Early bird registration discount

Early bird registration rates are available until 5th May 2025.

Information you’ll need to complete a registration

To complete a group registration, you will need the following information from each delegate:

• First name, last name, phone, position title and email address (must match the ARCS membership email address)
• Conference attendance day(s)
• Dinner attendance
• Dietary requirements
