Are you a student enrolled in a life science, biomedical science, pharmacy, nursing, medical or related degree passionate about research, innovation, and shaping the future? Join us at the most anticipated event of the year— The ARCS Annual Conference!
The 2024 ARCS Annual Conference is widely regarded as the must attend research sector event. Delegates include students, industry professionals, clinical trial site personnel, researchers, academics, senior government executives and more.
Places for the student Scholarship are limited and applications will be evaluated upon receipt. Preference will be given to final year undergraduate and post graduate students. With this exciting opportunity, the student scholarship covers complimentary registration for the MTP student careers stream on day 3.

Student volunteers wanted
ARCS Australia is looking for student volunteers to assist at the 2024 Annual Conference. This is an unpaid volunteer position providing you the opportunity to meet and network with people from the sector. In the past, this opportunity has led to employment opportunities within the sector.
Dates: Wednesday 12 June and Thursday 13 June 2024
Venue: ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour
Times: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Tasks will include:
- assisting with delegate registrations (via kiosks)
- ushers to guide delegates to conference rooms
- assisting with dinner set up on Thursday 13 June – between 12pm and 6pm
- general administrative tasks to ensure the event runs smoothly
